All USA orders will be fulfilled from our US distribution hub located in Florida. 

US orders are packaged discreetly with no indications of the contents or our company details anywhere on the envelope. 

Deliveries are made by 1st class USPS mail services and full door to door tracking is provided. 

Refund Policy

If you’ve reconsidered your purchase, need to modify your order, or have noticed an error in your order, please follow the guidelines below for our return policy.

We understand that tastes can change, so if you decide you no longer wish to keep your order, you are welcome to send back the items in their original, unopened, and unaltered state within 14 days for a complete refund. Simply mark the package as “Return-To-Sender” (RTS), and it will be returned to us by the postal service.

As soon as we confirm that your returned order is in transit back to us, we will initiate your refund.
